Join our cutting edge team! We are the first Montessori Accredited public school in the nation for children ages 3-15 and the only Montessori Accredited school in Polk County.
All of our classrooms, age 3-15, are included in our Accredited School status through the American Montessori Society (AMS) and through Cognia. We are committed to serving as a model public Montessori school to help fully implemented public Montessori education become a reality for more children across the nation.
Lakeland Montessori Public Schools continuously accepts applications for all positions here and is actively hiring for the positions below. All full-time positions at our school include free employee health insurance, access to a family benefits package, paid leave, and an annual employer contribution to retirement benefits after vesting. Our retirement contribution for last year was 12% of employee pay and requires not employee contributions, no matching, and no deductions from your pay. We currently have thousands of students on our waiting list from age 3 through grade 8, however, our employees’ children receive preference for enrollment.
